Our defence soldiers are having some problems with their Arpan password creation. Follow the steps to create Hamraaz Army Arpan password:

1. Firstly you will have to do the OTP verification.
2. For this your mobile number should have being link to Aadhar card plus Army profile.
3. Enter your mobile number only if your mobile number is linked with Aadhar card plus Army profile.
4. After this you will receive an OTP on your mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP and you can login the App easily.
6. Now to create a password you will have to enter first four letter of PAN card + first four number of your date of birth.

Many soldiers are unable to open the payslip and want to know How To Download PaySlip in Hamraaz App. The payslip downloaded file is password protected so to recover the password you will have to follow the below given steps:

1. The payslip password consists of 8 digits.
2. You will have to enter first 4 digits or letters of your pan card number. For example: First 4 digits or letter of PAN card number id QPUL.
3. The last four digits is taken from the date of enrollment. For example your date of enrollment is 15 August then you will have to write it 1508.
4. So your final password will be QPUL1508.
5. Remember to enter the First 4 letters of password in Capital letters.
